SANTA MARGARITA RIVER
1.) Re-Establish Native Steelhead Population in Fern Creek (a tributary of the De Luz Creek, which runs into the Santa Margarita River).
2.) Survey Roblar Creek (with Marine Corps Cooperation) to Re-Establish that Native Steelhead Population)

SAN LUIS REY RIVER
1.) Cause the Culvert on Pauma Creek, under Highway 76 to be Replaced by a Bridge
2.) Convert the Drainage Ditch that is now Pauma Creek back to a Soft Channel Watercourse
3.) Revegetate the Streambanks
4.) Conduct ATP Protein Analysis to Determine Smolting Data from Fish that Migrate Downstream
5.) Lead Expedition to Upper Agua Tibia to Confirm Presence of Stranded Fish

SAN DIEGUITO RIVER
1.) Buy/Lease/Manage Properties on Upper Santa Ysabel Creek
2.) Re-Establish Fisheries Using Best Available Native San Diego County Wild Trout Stock
3.) Create a Tail Water Steelhead Fishery in Cold Water Seep Below Lake Hodges Dam
4.) Conduct Requisite Non-Native Vegetation Removal/Revegetation with Native Plants Below Dam

SAN DIEGO RIVER
1.) Construct Agreements to Guarantee Flows in Boulder Creek, in Summer Months, Below Cuyamaca Dam
2.) Cause the Removal of Vestigial Fletcher Causeway, Hampering Access Access of Spawning Fish, Upstream of Cuyamaca Lake, into Little Stonewall Creek
3.) Replant Dehr and Cedar Creeks with Native Species

SWEETWATER RIVER
1.) These Trout are Being Tested by (protein analysis) to Determine Steelhead Strains by the National Marine Fisheries Service.
2.) These Trout are Undergoing DNA Analysis by Dr. Jennifer Nielsen.

TIJUANA RIVER
1.) Re-Establish Wild Trout Fishery in Upper Long Creek Tributary Using Egg Plantings.
2.) Remove Non-Native Fish in Cottonwood Gorge
3.) Cause a Catch Weir to Be Placed Below Greenhead Duck Club to Retard Introduction of Non-Native Fish
4.) Remove Non-Native Fish and Crayfish in Upper Cottonwood Creek and Pine Valley Creek.
5.) Plant Kitchen Creek with Eggs.
6.) Plant Upper Noble Creek with Eggs.
7.) Plant Pine Valley Creek with Eggs.

1.) Re-Establish Brown Trout Fishery and/or Eagle Lake Strain Rainbow Fishery
2.) Construct a Catch Weir to Prevent Migrations Downstream from Edwards Property to stretches Incapable of Sustaining Trout Life.
